The Sunday roast beef at this pub is really delicious. The beef is tender and the roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings that come with it are amazing. The food is full of great flavors, and the pub has a cozy atmosphere with friendly staff. If you want a yummy and traditional Sunday roast beef, this is the place to go!

Great Sunday Roast!
The perfect place to catch up with friends over delicious food. Friendly atmosphere, cosy surroundings and dog friendly so our dogs could snooze beside us throughout the evening. We’ve been before and it has always been a great experience. Looking forward to returning again.

Great experience
Having not booked we weren’t expecting a table inside but we were lucky enough to get one of the last tables in the bar area. The bar had a lovely atmosphere and the staff were wonderful and polite. Me and my wife couldn’t make our minds up so we got one of the roast beef and one pork belly…both delicious. The beef was perfectly pink and the pork was succulent and tender. All the trimmings you’d expect cooked to perfection, some of the best roast potatoes I’ve had. We ended up having puddings and crumble was sublime served with vanilla ice cream and when we asked they bought out custard as-well! Overall we had a great time and will definitely be returning in the future !

Lovely Sunday visit
Had a great lunch. The food was good value. Chloe gave us a superb service. Nothing was too much trouble and she was always ready if we needed anything.
